These Terms of Service govern the use of LeachCo Campaign Reporting, a private internal tool operated by LeachCo, LLC.

Purpose of the Tool

LeachCo Campaign Reporting is used by authorized LeachCo personnel to retrieve and analyze Google Ads reporting data for internal advertising analysis and recommendation preparation.

The tool is not a public service and may be used only by individuals authorized by LeachCo.

Authorized Use

You may use the tool only for legitimate internal business purposes and only for Google Ads accounts that LeachCo is authorized to access.

You must protect access credentials, avoid sharing access with unauthorized individuals, and comply with applicable laws, Google Ads policies, and LeachCo’s internal security requirements.

Read-Only Operation

The tool is designed for reporting and analysis only. It does not create, edit, enable, pause, remove, or otherwise modify Google Ads campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, targeting, or account settings.

Any advertising recommendation generated by the tool requires human review before action is taken in Google Ads or another platform.

Data and Privacy

Use of the tool is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes how Google Ads data is accessed, used, stored, and protected.

Availability and Accuracy

LeachCo may change, suspend, or discontinue the tool at any time. Reporting data may be incomplete, delayed, subject to Google Ads privacy thresholds, or affected by third-party platform limitations.

The tool’s outputs are informational and do not guarantee advertising performance or business results.

Intellectual Property

The tool, its underlying software, and its internal documentation are owned by or licensed to [LeachCo legal entity name]. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the tool as authorized by these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

LeachCo may update these Terms when the tool or its operating requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
