LeachCo Campaign Reporting is a private internal tool used by authorized LeachCo personnel to review and analyze advertising performance.

Information We Access

With authorization from LeachCo, the tool may access Google Ads reporting data, including account and campaign performance, conversion data, budgets, targeting, asset information, product eligibility, and change-history information.

The tool accesses only Google Ads accounts that LeachCo is authorized to review.

How We Use Information

We use this information solely for internal advertising reporting, analysis, and recommendation preparation. This includes reviewing performance trends, identifying potential issues, and evaluating opportunities to improve advertising effectiveness.

The tool does not create, edit, enable, pause, remove, or otherwise modify Google Ads campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, targeting, or account settings.

Data Storage and Sharing

Google Ads data retrieved by the tool is retained only on LeachCo-controlled systems as needed for internal reporting and analysis.

LeachCo does not sell Google Ads data or share it with unrelated third parties. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate or support this internal reporting process.

Data Security

LeachCo uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the Google Ads data accessed through this tool. Access credentials and reporting data are restricted to authorized systems and personnel.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our data practices or the tool’s functionality changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
